“Associazione Equinozio”

“Associazione Equinozio” in Milano, Italy was founded in Milan in May 2006, cultural association Equinozio produces and promotes art events in collaboration with associations, institutions, libraries and theaters, creating „cultural circuits“.

Among the cultural and artistic activities carried out in recent years include: videoconcerts and theater shows with music, poetry and images dedicated to Italian culture, Literary Appetizers, film clubs, concerts of classical music in collaboration with Civic School of Music in Milan Claudio Abbado.

Equinozio also has created trainings and development projects of social cohesion in recent years, working with major institutional partners financed by Cariplo Foundation and the City of Milan.

Equinozio has designed and implemented trainings in libraries of Milan. The training is intended for seniors with lessons and creative writing workshops, computer and internet, games, entertainment for grandfathers – grandchildren.

Draft art therapy aimed at people held in the prison of Saint Victor. The project was designed and implemented by association Equinozio, in collaboration with cooperative A & I, Arci Milan, Lombardy Region, the Municipality of Milan, Bicocca University.
